September 30, 2020 – Derek Wolman, Chair of DHC’s Restaurant and Hospitality practice group, was featured in a PIX 11 news segment, where he addressed the return of indoor dining in New York City after restaurants were limited to takeout, delivery, and outdoor seating for more than six months during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Wolman, who represents numerous hospitality establishments across the region, pointed out that restaurants will be open with restrictions and the State Liquor Authority (SLA) and New York City Health Department have pledged to closely monitor restaurants for compliance.
