March 18, 2020 – As restaurants, bars, and other hospitality venues adjust to the stay-at-home orders throughout the United States, DHC Restaurant and Hospitality Law Partner Alex Victor spoke with the Daily Mail about how these companies could continue to operate with safety precautions. Victor, who represents clients with matters before the New York State Liquor Authority (SLA), explained that the guidelines still allow takeout and delivery, even providing for the sale of alcohol for off-premises consumption.
