December 15, 2020 – Jonathan Pasternak, a Partner in DHC’s Bankruptcy, Restructuring and Creditor’s Rights practice group, discussed the future of Tailored Brands, owner of Men’s Warehouse, Jos. A. Bank and other prominent retail brands, with Women’s Wear Daily, and the Commercial Observer about the spate of bankruptcies impacting the retail industry in 2020, and what it will mean going forward. He noted, ironically, that these companies might be even better positioned for the future as, “Bankruptcy gives these companies an opportunity to shed some leases, get leaner and meaner, and clean up their balance sheet.”
