DHC's Jeffrey Citron On Second Lockdown NYC Real Estate Projections
October 19, 2020 – Jeffrey Citron, Co-Managing Partner, and Chair of the Real Estate Law practice group spoke to the Commercial Observer about what New York City’s commercial real estate market can expect if a second wave of COVID-19 should lead to a second lockdown.
Citron expects a second lockdown to devastate certain hard-hit industries and lead to increased litigation between landlords and tenants but pointed to the fact that office buildings have not been a source of the outbreak as a sign of hope.
