October 31, 2024 – Co-Founder, Name Partner and Chair of the Commercial Litigation practice, Larry Hutcher was recently quoted in a New York Post cover story “Jekyll & Hide” which covers a civil lawsuit filed in Manhattan Supreme Court accusing a Fifth Avenue plastic surgeon of abusing a former partner, model and singer.

The lawsuit seeks $10 million, and alleges physical violence, emotional distress, and medical misconduct during their nine-month relationship.

The lawsuit also describes alleged substance abuse, sexual misconduct, and controlling behavior, which left the model physically and emotionally scarred.

Mr. Hutcher described the allegations as substantial and supported by evidence, including photographs of her injuries.

The case has drawn parallels to an ongoing lawsuit against the doctor by his ex-wife, who has also accused him of physical and emotional abuse. Both lawsuits remain active in court.
