July 29, 2021 – DHC’s Founding Partner Sid Davidoff spoke to USA Today about Eric Adams, following the Brooklyn Borough President’s victory in New York City’s Democratic Mayoral Primary. Looking at why Adams appealed to voters, Davidoff said, “When you look at all the other mayors who have come up from, where they came up from, there is no one like him. He is unique.”

Davidoff also shared his thoughts on what a potential Adams administration would mean for the New York real estate industry with the Commercial Observer, noting, “Eric is not as shy in dealing with the real estate community as Bill de Blasio. He’s probably learned how important it is to get into the community and consult with them earlier in the process.”
