Paola Reynoso is an associate attorney in Davidoff Hutcher & Citron’s New York City Commercial Litigation practice, where she focuses on complex commercial litigation, regulatory defense, and bankruptcy-related matters. She represents both corporate clients and individuals across all stages of complex disputes, including those involving federal investigations, cross-border proceedings, and sophisticated contractual issues. Her practice also includes representing cooperative apartment owners in disputes arising under proprietary lease agreements. Paola’s experience spans a range of industries, including technology, financial services, telecommunications, and consumer-facing sectors.

  • Defended a global technology company in antitrust litigation brought by the U.S. Department of Justice, multiple state attorneys general, and private plaintiffs concerning its advertising technology.
  • Represented a global financial services and index provider in a AAA/ICDR arbitration involving alleged breaches of a non-compete agreement, securing dismissal of over $500 million in claims.
  • Represented foreign representatives and corporate defendants in adversary proceedings under Chapter 15 of the Bankruptcy Code and advised creditors in Chapter 11 cases.
