Eric R. Schachter serves as an Associate Bankruptcy Attorney for Davidoff Hutcher & Citron LLP’s
Bankruptcy Law Group at DHC’s
New York City office. He represents corporate debtors in complex restructuring matters, with a focus on Chapter 11 and Subchapter V litigation, including plan confirmations, creditor negotiations, and strategic out-of-court resolutions. Eric’s clients span diverse industries such as pharmaceuticals, real estate holding groups, regional restaurant chains, healthcare service providers, and private equity firms.
Prior to joining Davidoff Hutcher & Citron LLP, Eric clerked for the Honorable Alan M. Rubenstein at the Court of Common Pleas in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. Outside of work, he enjoys reading American history, spending time at the beach, and watching the New York Yankees.
