June 18, 2020 – As restaurants and bars prepared to resume full service after the COVID-19 lockdown, DHC Partner Alexander Victor discussed with the Albany Times-Union compliance with the regulations allowing for a phased reopening. Mr. Victor, who advises clients on State Liquor Authority (SLA) matters, stated that most bars and restaurant owners have been following the rules in an effort to accelerate full reopening and recovery.
