Pasternak on Bankruptcy Law to Help Small Businesses
April 15, 2020 – Bloomberg Law spoke with DHC’s Bankruptcy, Restructuring, and Creditor Rights practice group Partner Jonathan Pasternak about the new bankruptcy law that can help save small businesses impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. Pasternak pointed out that while a case administrator could help companies navigate Chapter 11 more easily, paying the administrator still adds a significant cost for these companies.
