February 26, 2019 – DHC’s Chair of the Corporate Law Practice Elliot H. Lutzker, told Fox Business and Business Insider that Tesla CEO Elon Musk’s use of Twitter to share information about his company could result in a substantial fine from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for contempt of an agreement the embattled CEO had reached with the agency. Now, Lutzker said, Tesla’s board of directors needs to hold Musk accountable for his social media posts.
