Susannah K. Rosato is a Senior Counsel attorney in the firm’s Commercial Banking & Finance Law and Real Estate Law practice groups. Her practice focuses primarily on representing institutional lenders in the origination, acquisition, and refinancing of real estate loans across multiple asset classes including CMBS loans to be securitized on the secondary market, balance sheet loans, mezzanine loans, and multifamily property loans through Fannie Mae’s Delegated Underwriting & Servicing program and the Freddie Mac Seller-Servicer program.
Representing clients across the US, including Texas, California, Florida, and New York, Susannah aided a client on a multibillion-dollar transaction for the acquisition of 600+ U.S. multifamily affordable housing properties. Possessing strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, she is an effective team player.
Susannah grew up in the West Village and attended the College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia, where she majored in Art History. After graduating from William and Mary she worked in New Zealand and then in Institutional Sales at Sanford Bernstein before attending Fordham Law School where she obtained her J.D.
