Steven Appelbaum is an attorney in Davidoff Hutcher & Citron’s Commercial Litigation group working out of the firm’s New York City office.

Steven represents both individual and corporate clients in complex litigation disputes involving breach of contract, fraud, intellectual property, real estate, residential foreclosures, and labor and employment.

Prior to joining DHC, Steven was an associate at a small general practice firm specializing in complex commercial litigation.

Mr. Appelbaum was also responsible for the firm’s intellectual matters, including trademark disputes, TTAB proceedings, licensing agreements, global coexistence agreements, and counseling clients on protecting intellectual property interests.
