January 1, 2020 – Davidoff Hutcher & Citron LLP has added three renowned bankruptcy practitioners to its Bankruptcy, Restructuring, and Creditor Rights practice group. Robert L. Rattet, James B. Glucksman, and Jonathan S. Pasternak joined the firm on January 1, 2020. They have decades of experience representing clients involved in complex bankruptcy and related proceedings.

DHC’s Co-Managing Partner Jeffrey Citron noted the long relationship between DHC and Rattet Law. “We have known Robert Rattet for many years and we’ve always had enormous respect for him as one of the premier attorneys in his practice area,” Citron said. “We consider the addition of Robert to be a real coup for the firm and it will immediately boost our bankruptcy and creditor rights practice into one of the best in New York.”

The expansion also gives DHC a presence in Westchester County, with a new office in White Plains. The White Plains location rounds out the firm’s other offices in New York City, Albany, and Washington, D.C.
