February 26, 2020 – DHC welcomes Benjamin Noren as an Associate to its Commercial Litigation practice group. Noren has a diverse litigation practice, focused on commercial matters and civil cases in federal, state, appellate courts, and arbitration. Noren has handled a number of cases in the food and beverage, real estate, pharmaceutical, transportation, and financial sectors. In addition, he has experience handling claims involving fraud, breach of contract, misappropriation of trade secrets, corporate dissolutions, and employment discrimination.
