Professional Experience

Jonathan W. Rich is an associate in the commercial litigation group at Davidoff, Hutcher & Citron, where he represents and counsels clients in various areas of law – including complex commercial, shareholder disputes, corporate divorce, bankruptcy, real estate, labor and employment and matrimonial – both in and outside of the courtroom.

Prior to joining Davidoff, Hutcher & Citron, Mr. Rich was an associate with the law firm of Robinson, Brog, Leinwand, Greene, Genovese & Gluck, P.C., where, in addition to handling commercial litigation matters, he worked in the firm’s regulatory and compliance practice, in which he counseled hedge funds, broker-dealers and public companies on compliance issues with FINRA and the SEC, including responses to subpoenas and investigations.

Throughout his career, Mr. Rich has also gained significant experience in the area of electronic discovery and its ever-evolving role in the practice of law.
