Professional Experience

Gerald Padian specializes in commercial litigation in such areas as trademark infringement, breach of contract, lender liability, administrative law, healthcare law, arbitration and mediation, wholesale distribution, real estate and construction litigation. Mr. Padian was formerly associated with Weil, Gotshal & Manges, where he represented many Fortune 500 Companies in such areas as construction litigation, multi-million dollar mortgage foreclosures, bankruptcy litigation, internal corporate investigations and lender liability. Mr. Padian is a member of the American Bar Association and the New York County Lawyers Association, where he serves on the Committee on Arbitration and Alternative Dispute Resolution.
