David Lieser is well experienced in trust, estates and elder care law, Medicaid planning, estate planning, estate administration, and Surrogate’s Court litigation at DHC. He also has an extensive background in corporate and commercial litigation in federal and state courts, as well as experience in all aspects of trial and appellate work, including the areas of employment, real estate and other civil litigation.
Mr. Lieser is a member of the Nassau and Suffolk County Bar Associations, and their respective Elder Law Committees. He has been a Graduate Instructor with Dale Carnegie Training. Mr. Lieser previously practiced at Goodwin Procter, LLP (formerly Schneck Weltman & Hashmall, LLP) and Wilson Elser Moskowitz Edelman & Dicker, LLP.
